Changed your mind

Each fob is made with your reg or your design, so we can't take it back just because you changed your mind.

Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered

If your fob arrives damaged, has a fault, or doesn't match the design in your order email, we put it right.

• Email hello@platefob.co.uk as soon as you can, with your order number and a photo of the fob.
• Within 30 days of delivery you can choose a full refund.
• After that we still make a new one and post it free, or refund you, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.

You don't need to send the fob back unless we ask.
